The protocol at a glance
No human dose exists. The mouse studies gave it by injection into the belly cavity, twice a day.
| Item | What is known |
|---|---|
| Human dose | Not established |
| Studied in | Mice (injection into the belly cavity, IP) |
| Mouse dose | 25 to 50 mg/kg, twice a day, for 10 days to 6 weeks |
| Oral use | No oral dosing described in the papers read |
From the Circulation 2024 paper (25 mg/kg twice daily, IP) and the JPET 2024 paper (50 mg/kg twice daily, IP, 28 days). Do not convert mouse doses into human doses.
Community posts suggest oral doses of tens of milligrams a day. This is community talk with no trial behind it.
What people say they do, collected from community discussions. Not tested in a trial; shown so you can compare it with the evidence above.
Mixing
No mixing table here: this one is used as a capsule, nasal spray or skin product, or has no human amount to calculate from. The general mixing calculator works for any vial.
What the trials found
No human results exist. In obese mice:
A synthetic ERR agonist alleviates metabolic syndrome. JPET 2024 (PubMed 37739806). Treated mice gained under 0.5 g of fat versus about 5 g in controls.
Side effects
- No human safety data exists.
- In mice, reviews report no clear toxicity. The 2024 papers did not describe long-term studies.
How it works
ERR receptors
It switches on three receptors (ERR alpha, beta and gamma) that raise fat burning in muscle, copying part of what exercise does in mice.
